Rudder is bad, so repair needed.
During taxiing on the runway the tailwheel came loose…
Let’s fix it!
Removed the rudder and cut away the thin foamhinge.
And removed the tailwheel.
Now placing real hinges. 
The weak part is the bottom, there is no room for a hinge. There is no flesh to mount or the tailwheel construction is in the way.
If you look closely you see a spar, so always check a nice fit before glueing.
Glued the hinges and now waiting for the glue to dry.
